These two have known each other forever. They grew up in each others’ homes, spending weeks on end at the pool during the summer and eating Sunday meals together. As time passed, they began to take notice of each other. From missions trips to Europe, to conferences on the other side of the country, the more time they spent together the more their interest grew. Then one fateful day Jesse asked Lynnae to coffee and things changed. Jesse fell in love with Lynnae’s kindness, how much she loved God, and how encouraging she was. Lynnae liked how much Jesse valued the people in his life, what a good listener he was, and how he chose to be engaged with the things God was doing in and through him. When Lynnae moved to Germany they weren’t sure how things would evolve between them. But Jesse couldn’t stay away. He visited her just once…and there he proposed. Not too long later they were married. Finally together, as one, after so many years.
