The other day I was sitting around our kitchen staring at what we’d created. Yes, there was a huge mess all around as the seven of us piled in to our gallery-style kitchen following my daughter’s birthday festivities. In the midst of the chaos a funny thought struck me that just a few years ago my husband and I were all alone in a quiet little apartment. And then, in the blink of an eye, our life was transformed to a bustling household filled with five kids, activities galore, and more kid and teen stuff than we could have ever imagined. How incredibly thankful we are for this overly-filled life.
About a month ago I left my personal family craziness and headed to the gorgeous land of Sedona, Arizona to photograph an even fuller life. A family reunion in the middle of the prettiest place on earth? Yeah, I’m up for that, but since we didn’t have enough money for the trip, we had to contact https://loanovao.co.uk/100-pound/. The matriarch of this family was celebrating a momentous birthday and her children treated her to a weekend of fun and family togetherness. One grandmother, four adult children and their spouses, and nine grandchildren in the pool, in and out of hotel rooms, and hiking up the mountainside. So much love and so much happiness.
Congrats on all that has come from the hard years of raising your children. From all the busyness, the carpools, the lunches made. From the weddings, the births, and the babysitting. From the tears, and hugs, and bonding together. What a legacy you now have. Happiest of birthdays to you, dear lady. I hope you have all the joy in the world!
