A few months ago I needed a getaway. Our schedules were busy, I was tired, and I knew I need just a few days break from it all. So when Laura from LKM Photography reached out looking for a second shooter for a Las Vegas wedding I was overjoyed for the trip. Three days of sunshine and photography was just what I was craving. Laura’s associate Makayla was the main shooter for this Vegas wedding, so Makayla and I met at the airport in Vegas and, after scoping out the good eats in the area, sat down over pizza to come up with a game plan for how we might best photograph her bride’s gorgeous wedding. The bride was simply gorgeous and loved the idea of keeping things low-key. Makayla is a pro at all things wedding and with my candid and documentary background we knew we would make the perfect photography pair. We drove to the far end of Vegas, searching out lighting and locations, and felt completely confident by the time wedding dar rolled around. Just as we had hoped, wedding day went off without a hitch. I couldn’t have been happier to be a destination wedding photography in Las Vegas and I really hope you love the results.
